iheartchaos: First look at Sacha Baron Cohen in The Dictator Okay see I was confused. When I first heard that Sacha Baron Cohen was in The Dictator, which is loosely based on the book Zabibah and the King, supposedly written by Saddam Hussein, I assumed that he would be playing Saddam Hussein. So I was wrong. The film is about a Hussein-like dictator who gets secretly replaced by a lookalike goat herder and now must find new meaning in a life in New York City. The book itself is about a benevolent, beloved king who falls in love with a beautiful, victimized girl who was raped by her cruel husband.
